TORRE DE MANILA
Location: Manila, The Philippines

The Torre De Manila is a high-rise residential building built by DMCI Homes. The building is located within a high seismic and wind area, with 46 floors above ground level. 41 of these floors have been allocated for residential use, while four have been used for podium parking spaces, and the ground floor for amenities. The building also has three basement levels.


KAOHSIUNG PORT & CRUISE SERVICE CENTER
Location: Kaohsiung, Taiwan
Architect: RUR Architecture DPC
Structural conceptual design for RUR Architecture DPC. The project was a winner of an international competition. A system of cantilevered space structures, and diagrids define the cruise center. The office building has a lateral system, consisting of an interior concrete core and diagonal grid in the exterior.
LUMIERE RESIDENCES PASIG
Location: Pasig City, The Philippines

Lumiere Residences Pasig is located along Pasig Boulevard in the Philippines. The structures consist of 3 high rise towers with 49 stories each. The towers are located in high seismic and wind areas. Towers are reinforced concrete buildings with combined moment frames and a shear wall lateral resistant system.

HILTION GARDEN INN

Architect: Ismael Leyva Architects
The 25-story hotel located in Manhattan, NYC, has a structural system of reinforced concrete flat slabs with a reinforced concrete shear wall. There are two cellar levels being used for meeting rooms, kitchens, fitting and mechanical rooms.

SHERIDAN SOUTH TOWER

Sheridan South Tower is a concrete residential building with 45 stories above ground level and 5 stories below ground level. The tower is located in a high seismic and wind area. The tower is a reinforced concrete building with combined moment frames and a shear wall lateral resistant system.

ZINNIA TOWERS
Location: Quezon City, Philippine

The Zinnia Towers Condominium is a two-tower development of DMCI Homes. The Towers are 46 story concrete buildings located in high seismic and wind area The structures are reinforced concrete buildings with combined moment frames and a shear wall lateral resistant system.
